Trash and Recycling services are provided by Republic. For replacement trash/recycle containers or to schedule pick up of bulk items call 703-818-8222.

Trash and recycle receptacles must be stored out of sight from the street. The receptacle should be placed at curbside no earlier than the evening before collection and should be returned to storage out of sight of the street the same day as trash is collected.

Goose Creek
If you need to replace your mailbox, the community has specific guidelines for their style. Please see the documents page to download the ARB Guidelines. A company called Main Street Mailboxes has the specs on the Belmont Ridge II mailbox requirements and can be hired to replace your mailbox. Owners may select any company they'd like, this company is provided here as an option. They are located at 8758 Virginia Meadows Drive, Manassas. Phone (571) 379-845.

Loudoun County Sheriff can be reached by dialing 911 to report an emergency or 703-777-1021 to report a non-emergency. You can also sign up for community alerts via this website.

The Loudoun County website has many helpful links and resources on topics ranging from viewing your property tax assessment to any other questions you may have relating to the operation and governance within the county.
Snow Removal
According to Loudoun County ordinances, residents are required to shovel the snow from the sidewalk in front of their homes. Here is a link to Loudoun County where you can learn more.
The streets in the neighborhood are plowed by VDOT. To report a street that was not plowed or any other road problem visit VDOT's website. The HOA pays to have the sidewalk from Hay Road to Belmont Ridge Road shoveled.
